Hi there! My name is Emily and I work as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health & Wellness Coach. I come alongside women to help them learn how to heal their bodies from the inside out.

I love traveling, and all things adventure including hiking, kayaking, camping, rafting, and more! There's nothing I appreciate more than a perfect cup of coffee in the morning sunshine. ​

My Story
I remember heading into another new year in January 2020, devastated at my lack of progress in my own health and wellness goals for the year. With constant inflammation, every cycle issue in the book, and crazy cravings, I felt like my body was working against me. I hit a low.
In the last few years, I was able to work through the issues step by step in order to regain control of my body and heal it from the inside out. Through trial & error, education, and a holistic approach, I was able to change my diet, adjust my training, and add in a few habits to create a sustainable, stress free approach to health and wellness.
Through my experience working in the health & wellness industry for the past 7 years, I have witnessed the impact that proper nutrition, a well rounded lifestyle, and a positive mindset makes on your overall wellbeing. Because of that, I created a 1:1 program that contains education, encouragement, and natural alternatives to problems women face including painful/ irregular periods, bloating, acne, excess abdominal fat, and poor digestion and more in order to improve their overall wellbeing.

I now share my journey, knowledge, and experience with other struggling women and help guide them towards a healthier, happier self. I teach my clients how to gain control over hormone related issues, metabolic disorders, and more, enabling them to feel their best, which allows them to lead the fulfilling life that they were called to live through a personalized, balanced, holistic approach.
