At Happily Healthy Emily, each health coaching program is designed to help individuals achieve a balanced and fulfilling life by addressing their physical, emotional, and sometimes spiritual wellbeing.

Specialization

I am dedicated to helping women achieve hormone balance and improving overall metabolic function. 

 

This includes those struggling with mood swings, energy crashes, insulin resistance, acne, cellulite, weight gain, irregular/ painful periods, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, high stress, not feeling well rested, and appetite dysregulation. 

 

It is my mission that each woman I work with is able to have regular, pain free menstrual cycles in order to create a more balanced life and body!​​

Program Framework

​I will work with you 1:1 for 12 weeks to create a sustainable, stress free approach to health & wellness together, customized uniquely for YOU!​

​

  • 1 hour video call with me, every other week

  • Unlimited access to me through email and/or text

  • Support & accountability throughout the week

  • Weekly topic (varies based on individual client’s needs) including but not limited to: blood sugar regulation, cycle syncing, everyday hormone stressors, nutrition, how to become a better consumer, supplements, fitness, hormones 101, and habit formation.
